Installation Instructions for the GL 1800
Dash Visor Cover and the GL 1800 Dash Cover

The Velcro strips need to be placed according to the diagram below. Clean the areas where the Velcro strips go with alcohol or other degreasing agent.

Place one piece of Velcro on the far right side of the dash and one piece on the far left side of the dash about 3/8 inch in from the edge of the dash.

Place another piece 1/4 of the way from the right side of the dash and another one 1/4 of the way from the left side of the dash about 3/8 inch in from the edge of the dash. The last piece goes in the center of the dash about 3 inches in from the edge of the dash.

The wires in the Dash Visor Cover can be bent to conform to the curvature of your dash. First keep the front edge high above the Velcro and stick the windshield edge in down against the windshield and center it. Once it is centered, bring it down to the Velcro and apply pressure on the Velcro strips.

Do not remove the visor for at least a week so that the Velcro completely adheres to the dash. The Velcro attaches to the carpet so good it may pull the Velcro off the dash before it has a chance to adhere.
